Her therapeutic approach is warm and curious. She is determined to build a trusting relationship where processing and healing feel safe. Amanda focuses on anti-oppressive practices, community mental health, intergenerational and historical trauma transmission, family dynamics, and personal development.

As a therapist, Amanda’s focus is to highlight client strengths and help promote better understanding to process feelings, thoughts, and behaviors which allows empowerment, healing, awareness of strengths and development of coping skills. At the root of her work is the belief that everyone has the ability to find their creative voice, discover strengths, and find a sense of peace.
