Eleanor Blair (she/her)believes therapy offers a unique space to safely explore habituated patterns, behaviors, and ways of being. She utilizes a psychodynamic, relational framework, emphasizing the therapeutic dyad, and working towards cultivating a curiosity and warmth towards the therapeutic process as a whole.

She has experience working with adults who come to therapy for a wide-range of reasons: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship upheaval, and loss. Her work prioritizes creating a safe, empathic space where healing can begin. Utilizing an eclectic blend of psychodynamic psychotherapy, and evidence-based practices, Eleanor focuses ultimately on what works best for a client’s specific therapeutic needs.

Eleanor is additionally interested in the intersection between mind and body, exploring how trauma is held in the body, and how it can be released. She implements mindfulness and breath based techniques to help with these processes.
