Sascha Woolfe, LMHC

Sascha Woolfe, LMHC (she/her) cultivates a safe, kind, therapeutic atmosphere, allowing clients to express themselves freely. She aims to be a gentle guide, meeting clients where they are. She has worked with a broad range of ages as well as issues centering on trauma, grief, neurodivergence, gender identity, anxiety, and depression.

Sascha believes that therapy should be an accessible space to share, learn, grow, and be challenged. Her priority is to increase awareness of personal patterns, offer empowering resources, and foster resilience. She integrates elements of creativity, mindfulness, and humor throughout this process.

Sascha holds her Master’s degree in mental health counseling from Fordham University, where she was trained in psychodynamic, person-centered, strength-based approaches. She has worked in a range of clinical settings including college counseling, community mental health, and a therapeutic residential farm community.

Outside of the therapy setting, she loves spending time in nature— wild foraging, gardening, and taking her dog for long walks in the woods.
