Jeremy Clark (he/him) believes in therapy as a space of exploration and empowerment. He brings curiosity and a collaborative spirit to the therapeutic relationship to help people find personal balance and deeper connections to others and themselves. He believes in each client’s innate wisdom and capacity to heal. Jeremy incorporates various relational, somatic, and trauma-informed modalities into his work, and is Level 1 trained in Internal Family Systems therapy. He has experience in community mental health settings supporting children, adolescents, and adults experiencing chronic and acute trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and difficult life transitions. He has also supported families going through preventative services and court-mandated clients.

Outside of his work as a therapist, Jeremy has been a poet, a musician, and a teacher, all of which has helped him bring a creative and open attitude to his work with clients. As a Black biracial therapist, he believes in holding space for any and all of a client’s intersecting identities, and the knowledge and wisdom that comes from their lived experiences and communities.
