Veronica Vaganov, LMSW
Veronica Vaganov (she/her) takes a compassionate and person-centered approach to therapy, collaborating with clients to explore and connect with their innate strengths and healing abilities. In her work with children, Veronica provides a creative and nurturing environment, facilitating growth in self-awareness, self-confidence, and emotional regulation.
Drawing from over a decade of yoga and Zen meditation practice, Veronica incorporates mindfulness into her sessions to help clients cultivate awareness and insight into their unique experiences. She believes everyone deserves counseling and advocacy, and strives to center anti-racist practices and support clients in challenging internal and external structures of inequity. Veronica’s work is informed by psychodynamic theory, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and internal family systems (IFS).
Veronica received her MSW from Boston College. A California native and first-generation American, Veronica has a BA in Industrial Design and worked as a graphic designer prior to becoming a therapist.
